My comeback & recovery run

58 days after c-section surgery.

58 days post-pregnancy

Yay! I've made it!

My first run in 2016. 4km in 36 minutes. Terrible timing tho.. haha.

Forget the timing. What do you expect kan. Orang baru lepas bersalin, c-sec pulak tu plus fully breastfeed mom lagik. Kira aci la ni kan dari tak lari langsung.

Performance badan? Best. Rasa nak buat lebih 4km tapi untuk first trial ni tanak la tinggalkan Aleesya lama2. Plus, breast dah rasa penuh. It's funny when your breast getting bigger and bigger when you run.. while your tummy getting flat and kempis.. hahahaha

Lesson learned: Kena pump breast sebelum lari :)
