Run without gadget

Spent my morning dengan 10km run. My leg performance at its best!

Next nak train untuk another 25km trail run. Hopefully, boleh improve timing.

Today is "Me-time". One whole day. Yay!

Nak buat apa eh? Tengok movie? Salon? Window shopping?

Lets breakfast dulu. Balik mandi pastu baru decide.
