Had some leg drilling & hill reps session with MWM ladies. I never attend any running clinic or train in a group before. Surprisingly, it was fun!
Happy face! Seminggu mereput dalam ward. Now time to flatten that tummy and shape thay booty.
Hill reps is killing but awesome! Remind me of my own hill reps session in Permaisuri. But when u train alone, u tend to shorten the timing, distance & skip a lot of thing. This is what I must do in a group. With someone shouting, "ur pace is dropping! Faster! Push! Again!"
