Bila mommy shopping

Tu dia.. kalau mommy dah berkenan kat sesuatu tu, mommy akan dapatkan jugak. Kalau outlet kat KL takde, mommy turutkan sampai ke outlet kat Melaka.

Gitu tahap kegigihan mommy.. hihi.

Misi mencari kasut lari idaman hati dari Mid Valley sampai ke Mahkota Parade okay.

Takpa.. good things is dapat balik kampung terus.. haha.

Training mode on

Masuk hari ni dah 5 hari tak sihat. Batuk & selsema. Demam takda.

Dan dah 5 hari gak la tak training. No mileage at all. Tapi tak rasa guilty sangat sebab kat sini hari2 (setiap malam) hujan. Kalau aku sihat pun, tak mungkin boleh berlari dalam hujan. Kang kena petir, tak pepasal kan.. kalau kena petir boleh tambah kelajuan takpe lah jugak.. tapi kalau kaput terus.. kwang kwang kwang..

Note: Really need a new running bra. Yang boleh stretch. Yang boleh reduce bouncy. Especially bila breast membesar bagai johan bila lari lebih 4 jam & lambat pump.

Dah tau pace yang aku kena guna masa training. Thanks coach Karsten!

MWM running clinic III

Sakit tekak pagi ni. Macam nak demam. Tapi gigih attend running clinic. Dont want to miss learning the correct way of doing tempo run with a coach. Selalu tu syok sendiri je buat tempo.. huhu. 

So tadi buat 6 x 5 mins. First time lari atas running track. Felt great. Cuma badan rasa tak sedap. Tapi managed complete kan my run :)

One thing, aku still tak sure pace yang sepatutnya aku guna masa buat tempo run ni. Coach Karsten cakap, suruh text dia dan inform timing last marathon aku, nanti dia akan advise pace yang sesuai untuk aku train masa buat tempo run. Thanks coach!

Dapat lucky draw running vest tadi. Thanks MWM. I had fun today. Learn new thing. Definitely going to practice it for my  training.

Tukang rasmi heels & handbags yang mommy beli. Dah pandai pakai heels mommy okay.. girly sangat.. tsk.

Apa mommy makan/minum semua dia makan/minum. Tak padan usia tau. Haish.

Best rupanya dapat anak perempuan. Semua boleh share sama2. Mandi pun boleh sama. Tayah nak cover2.. hihi. I embrace every moment with her.

Ariff  & Amarr beli coke & gula2 mentos. Dia nak tengok apa jadi kalau letak mentos dalam coke. Sila tengok video kat bawah kalau nak tau apa yang jadi..

Result Twincity Marathon 2017

Result Twincity Marathon 2017 dah keluar. As expected, my name in the top 20 list. Placing no 14 out of 148 runners yang completed the race.

Dua bulan lepas, aku dapat no 23 out of 100+ runners. 

Beza timing 20 minit awal. Not bad kan?

Timing suunto untuk setiap 10k masa Twincity Marathon 2017. 
Sebab sesat, aku terlebih lari sampai 1km. Memang wasting time & energy. Total running distance jadi 43k instead 42k :)

Apapun, aku berjaya achieve my targeted timing at 4:45. In fact way better :)

Ni masa 100meters towards finishing line. Excited tengok timing :)

Next mission would be... sub4 in Standard Chartered marathon! I got exactly 5 months to train for it. Gambatte!

Been busy for the pass 1 week. This week pun. Ive drafted lotsa throwback entries. Tapi nak publish lambat2 lah.. 😝😝😝

Twincity Marathon 2017

Sunday was the happiest day in 2017!

A good laugh, a long run and a perfect timing!

I'm overwhelmed.

Thank you pacer, volunteers & organizer for the almost perfect event. Love the running tee (first time suka running tee) & finisher tee cos it fit me perfectly! 

Flag off at 4.00am.

Start run with easy pace. Didn't bother to overtake runners in front of me. Don't want to waste energy for that. Yes, trying to overtake runners at the beginning of a race boleh buat kita hilang energy. 

So I ran, happily. After 1km, jalan clear. Tapi still continue dengan pace yang sama for few km. Pace kali ni adalah few seconds faster than my last marathon (Putrajaya Night Marathon - 2 months ago).

Aku completed 10km in 1:01 - that was fast for me, considering I have to maintain my performance & energy for another 32km.

At 20km, aku clocked in 2:01 - That was, wow. Berjaya maintain pace yang sama. Good job. Energy level tip top. Leg & body performance still at its best.

During race kali ni, aku tak makan apa2. Last time masa PNM, aku bawa satu bar choc sneakers. Bite sikit2 sampai habis lari. This time pun aku ada bawak choc sneakers. Tapi tak makan sebab rasa heartburn kat dada & throat. Rasa bloated tapi tak lepas nak sendawa. Maybe sebab aku makan nasi lauk pedas 3 jam sebelum lari. Seriously tak selesa.

Luckily ada serve pisang & coke kat water station. Makan half ja pastu minum coke. Coke boleh buat aku sendawa.. dan yes, lega wehh dapat sendawa. Hilang semua rasa bloated, heartburn tadi.

Tak ingat kat km berapa, tengah enjoy lari, pacer 4:30 stop dan lead runners ke arah lain. Marshall takde katanya. Masa ni aku rasa sebiji macam Compressport event last year - berpuluh runners berkumpul tengah jalan looking for route & direction. How on earth can this happened? 

Nasib baik salah sorang runners perasan route yang kami guna tu tempat yang sama kami lari awal2 tadi. So we decided to turned back. 

At this time, I was mad and frustrated. Coz my timing lari & kena lari extra 1 km pulak tu. Haish. One of the guy pujuk aku.. "at least u ran ultramarathon today".. Aku senyum je. If I wanted to run ultra, I'd go for Watergate event, bro. But I know he just wanted to cheer me up. Okay lah..

Mental dah a bit down time ni. Lebih stress bila tengok ramai women runners yang aku overtake dari awal dah ada kat depan. Uwaa... 

Too bad, aku tak sabar time ni. Hilang arah jap. 

Iincreased my pace  a lil too early. Not a good move. Well, there goes all my energy that I carefully saved in the bank. Wasted.

At km36, my pace dropped. Mental down. Rasa nak jalan je. Actually, I did jalan sikit2 especially lepas minum kat water station. Tapi tak lama lah. 

My legs performance still at its best. But my body a bit tense kat shoulder blades. Maybe sebab the unexpected strides aku buat lepas sesat tadi. Dan worst, my mind not cooperating.. haha. I need my motivator ❤

Tapi aku terus gak lari dengan average pace 7:30 untuk last 6km. Sempat okay, berenti makan aiskrim malaysia perisa asam boy. It tastes soo goood! Punyalah main2 aku lari taim ni.

Towards finishing line, everything was awesome! All pacers, runners standing, cheering & shouting my name. Tak perasan sangat muka memasing. Aku just perasan muka Tahira (pacer sub4) & sorang pacer for HM congrats me for completing my sub5.

Yeay! I managed to create another personal best in 2 months! Mission accomplished! 

I felt great at once. Finished strong. My legs are awesome. 
And the rest is history ourstory :)

Balik dari marathon masih boleh kemas rumah, masak, dukung Aleesya, etc. Even tadi gi ofis pun takde drama turun naik tangga. 

Esok nak buat recovery run :)

Tomorrow is race day!

Kinda excited. Nervous pun ya. But more too excited :)

Nak gerak awal malam ni. Bawak bekal homemade Bolognese. Boleh berkampung & makan kat sana :)

Another sweet coincidence ke apa ni? MPAJ Race last month pun dapat no. 077. Now dapat lagi no.077.

Ok. Nak siapkan running gear. Pastu nak tido awal. Rest for tomorrow 42km marathon. 

Sadly my Sony mp3 rosak. But tak kisah pun.. won't be needing it coz I know I'm going to enjoy this run all the way 42km :)

A good laugh & a long run

Looking forward for this weekend marathon :)

Malam tadi plan nak buat recovery run. Tapi tak jadi. Coz last Sunday punya LSD pun just buat easy run all the way almost 20km. Lari santai sampai sesat barat buat route sendiri :)

So, malam tadi dera diri sendiri. Buat hills reps 7 x 200meter and slog jog in between. Sebelum tu lari warm up 4km plus another 2km cooling down (after hills session).

Aleesya yang bijak

Lately Aleesya suka tolong mengemas. 

Bila nampak aku kemas beg breaspump, Aleesya akan amik botol2 storage & pass kat aku. Kadang2 tu aku tak perasan pun. Tau2 je dah ada dua or tiga botol storage kat tepi beg breaspump ( dia longgokkan kat situ sebab dia tak boleh masukkan dalam beg sebab ber-zip. So, dia letak kat tepi je) Impress sangat tau. Usia baru setahun dua bulan, tapi cepatnya faham apa yang orang buat.

Lately jugak, Aleesya suka kemas beg (Princess Elsa) dia. Dia akan letak semua barang yang dia suka kat dalam tu. Konon nak ikut style abang2 la kut. Packing bag nak bawak gi sekolah. 

Yang buat semua orang kelam kabut, bila semua benda2 penting macam kunci rumah, kunci keta, handphone semua Aleesya masukkan dalam beg dia.

Macam pagi tadi, melilau Mamoru cari handphone dia. Satu rumah cari tak jumpa. Nasib baik aku teringat yang Aleesya suka collect barang2 yang dia suka & simpan dalam beg comel dia. Bila cek beg comel dia tu, memang ada pun handphone Mamoru kat situ.. 

Haish. 

Tak dannn nak kata apa. Takde siapa mampu marah si cantik Aleesya. Pasrah je lah.. :)

Bawak kiddos berjalan

Dah lewat petang baru bawak kiddos berjalan. Beter late than never kan..

Puas hati dapat jumpa sepupu sepapat depa. Main sampai tak ingat dunia memasing.

Ni masa dinner at Manhattan Fish Market. Aku mengidam nak makan king crab.

Dah macam makan dalam dulang.. kalau tak gemok gak, tataw nak kata apa.

Kiddos dengan meals depa. Makan main2.. excited sebab meals serve dalam mangkuk bentuk boat.

Aummm.. dappp! Hopefully esok boleh gi sekolah dengan bersemangat ya. Janji dah ditunaikan ni :)
