Was advised by coach Edan to finish PNM 21k run between 2:15 - 2:30. No speedy gonzalez tonight.

That is a super tough thing to do. To strain myself from speeding especially during a race!.  😬😬😬😬

But I'll do whatever he said. He's the best coach I ever known. Surely he got a reason for it.

So, now, siapa nak aku jadi pacer untuk sub 2:15 hours or 2:20 hours for 21km half marathon malam ni? I'll be gladly to do it for u.. hihi.
