Cuti panjang lagi

Last Saturday, I ran 10km. The longest distance I did since Cultra 30km in July. Felt so good!

Actually I wasnt suppose to run more than 4km per day in this month - well not until October (as per advised by the Doctor). But dont worry as Im still following his other advise (to stop running if I feel pain) ✌️✌️

Tomorrow, Im going to do another long session. We'll see how it goes ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
