Isnin : Terlantar hina atas katil almost all day. Tapi sempat pegi berjalan... ahahahaha
Selasa : Start recovery run
Rabu : Performance kaki dah tip top. Boleh buat speed dengan jayanya.
Arini.. macam malas nak lari. Sebab weekend ni aku tak join Penang Bridge Marathon. Bib dah jual. Bagi can Mamoru berlari dengan tenang.
PBIM ni will be Mamoru's first full marathon. All the best to my Beau! Safe drive malam esok!
As for me, I will spend my weekend in Melaka with kiddos. My step sis wants to discuss about her wedding :)
Lebam baik punya. Terperosok celah batu kat trek Nuang. Bengkak & sakit woo.. Nangis dalam hati ja. Outdoor girl dont cry katanya.. haha
