Masuk hari ni dah 5 hari tak sihat. Batuk & selsema. Demam takda.
Dan dah 5 hari gak la tak training. No mileage at all. Tapi tak rasa guilty sangat sebab kat sini hari2 (setiap malam) hujan. Kalau aku sihat pun, tak mungkin boleh berlari dalam hujan. Kang kena petir, tak pepasal kan.. kalau kena petir boleh tambah kelajuan takpe lah jugak.. tapi kalau kaput terus.. kwang kwang kwang..
Note: Really need a new running bra. Yang boleh stretch. Yang boleh reduce bouncy. Especially bila breast membesar bagai johan bila lari lebih 4 jam & lambat pump.

Looking forward for this weekend marathon :)
Malam tadi plan nak buat recovery run. Tapi tak jadi. Coz last Sunday punya LSD pun just buat easy run all the way almost 20km. Lari santai sampai sesat barat buat route sendiri :)
So, malam tadi dera diri sendiri. Buat hills reps 7 x 200meter and slog jog in between. Sebelum tu lari warm up 4km plus another 2km cooling down (after hills session).
