No contacting staff after office hour via any method (email, phone call, whatapps, telegram, zoom, etc). Unless its relating to the staff safety or the workflace is on fire etc.
No matter how urgent it is, or simply to just wish hari Raya, Birthday whatsoever - dont do it after office hour, weekend or holidays. Its not relevant. Big no. Your colleageus and bosses sees u everyday, theres a lot of time for those wishes (if they care).
