3rd session with SAC

Malam ni coach Edan bahagikan kami ikut kumpulan. Train pace yang sama.

Never thought I was in the fastest group. Lotsa eyes starring at me. Bikin nervous je. Takut tau kalau orang put up high expectations.

Love the speed session. Coach teached us about magic pace. Wow.. I'm so in love with this group.

Week 1 #BeatYourPB2017

Last 2 weeks dengan Smart Athletic Club was more to introduction. Back to basic class.

Semalam, coach text untuk our first workout to be done on our own before the official training schedule confirmed tomorrow.

Eager sangat nak buat malam tadi. Sekali baru 2km lari hujan turun selebatnya.. haha.

Terus off suunto & proceed ke tangga. Pakai ankle weights 0.5kg kat each ankle dan lari turun naik tangga je lah. Naik sampai level 10 x 10 reps.

Hopefully malam ni boleh sambung buat workout yang coach bagi :)

Tempah baju raya

Selepas 15 tahun beli baju raya siap je (malas nak tempah baju raya)  tahun ni aku start beli kain & tempah baju. Semua sebab nak sedondon ngan si Cantik Aleesya.. hihi. Tahun lepas still beli baju siap coz Aleesya baby lagi - kecik sangat.

Anyway, Mommy is sooo excited!! Tak sabar nak tunggu baju raya siap.. over sangat kan!

Behave je dia bila kak Maya amik ukuran badan Aleesya ❤

Sponge Bob Run 3km with kiddos

Bersemangat kiddos untuk larian pertama tahun ni. Mommy & daddy pun bersemangat jugak bagun awal2 pagi ni. 

Love the Ultron tee shirts for kids. Comel sangat tengok budak kecik pakai baju dryfit. Cute!

We had fun! Lotsa games for kiddos after the run tau. Kiddos happy sangat.

Company dinner

Tema rock. Tapi hakak nan hado rock nya. Busy keje uols. Attended dinner pakai baju keje je.

Kadang2 hakak wonder depa2 yang sempat bertukar costume ikut tema ni. How on earth the got the time privilege eh? Ke hakak yang tak pandai urus masa.. kikiki

After 5 years skip attend company dinner, hakak berjaya make a comeback. Its a good start 👍

Tapi tak dapat stay lelama. Tetek dah jadi size D cup. Tak sempat pump dari petang membawak ke malam. Separuh nyawa menahan  bengkak susu.. tsk.

Movie night with kiddos

Watched Power Rangers at TGV Velocity Mall. Kami amik Indulge premium seat. Satu seat (for 2pax) RM80. So, have to take 2 seats. Sebelum movie start, kami dapat duduk kat VIP lounge. Nice. Tak ramai orang. Lantak pi la kiddos nak teriak or main kejar2.. hihi

Dalam cinema, kami duduk depan sekali coz senang Aleesya or kiddos nak main2 kat depan tu. Ada selimut tebal untuk semua seat. Aku siap bentangkan selimut kat bawah untuk Aleesya golek2.

Masa movie start, semua behave. Semua macam kena gam kat seat. Tak bergerak2 dari movie start sampai habis. Suka betul depa layan Power Rangers.. hihi.

Aleesya syok je baring kat atas lantai cinema. Cozy sangat.

Smart tutorial class by SAC

Attended SAC tutorial class last night. It was surprisingly fun. Getting to know the whole group, their running journey. Share some of mine too. Eat lots of yummy food. And got tbis awesome t-shirt by Lucozade.

Really enjoyed the session conducted by coach Edan & Jolene. Can't wait for more 😊😊😊

It no longer about how bad I want it. Its now about how hard I'm willing to work to get it.

Last night was my first session with SAC group. It was fun. More serious session coming! Can't wait.

Jenjalan Kuantan

Mengidam lauk patin tempoyan Pahang.

Last day kat Kuantan, kami sempat pi lunch kat Restoran Mabiq.

Best gila makan kat sini. Lauk pauk yang rare especially terung anggur tu. Sedappp!

Lauk patin tempoyak ori & bakaq memang terbaik. Ikan tak hanyir pun. Serious sedap sangat.

The best thing is, boleh makan sambil beramal coz, semua profit dari restoran ni akan disalurkan kepada sekolah tahfiz Mabiq.

Simple je restoran dia.. terpencil pun iya gak.. tapi yang datang sini ramai okeh.

Champion!

Who would've known. I'm Pahang Marathon champion for  42 km full marathon.

:)

Pure luck I guess. Not so many fast runner joined this race. But I did break another personal record and created new PB at 4:22 (fastest by 20 minutes from my previous marathon two months ago - Twincity)

Actually, I didn't know I was the first female for my category in Pahang Marathon. Not until km 24 when I noticed one of the race Marshall followed me all the way till finishing line. You know, Marshall only followed runners if they injured, champion or last person to finish.

It was one of the best moments in my running experiences tho.

Zenith Hotel Kuantan

Stayed here for my Kuantan Marathon. It's a 5 star hotel. Kiddos love it!

Since mommy will be spending almost all the time berjauh dari kiddos, might as well provide them with the most comfortable place to stay, kan? Takde lah rasa bersalah sangat.
