Last 2 weeks dengan Smart Athletic Club was more to introduction. Back to basic class.
Semalam, coach text untuk our first workout to be done on our own before the official training schedule confirmed tomorrow.
Eager sangat nak buat malam tadi. Sekali baru 2km lari hujan turun selebatnya.. haha.
Terus off suunto & proceed ke tangga. Pakai ankle weights 0.5kg kat each ankle dan lari turun naik tangga je lah. Naik sampai level 10 x 10 reps.
Hopefully malam ni boleh sambung buat workout yang coach bagi :)
