How I met Pokyie & Sham

Was listening to Alleycats song 'Ditengah Kota' and suddenly it reminds me to both of them: Pokyie & Sham. Teringat masa kami duduk kedai makan lepas turun dari gunung Nuang. Ada set karaoke di kedai makan tepi jalan tu. Aku request Pokyie nyanyi lagu Alleycats "Ditengah Kota". Dan dia terus capai mic dan nyanyi sama² dengan Sham. It was a beautiful moment. The sang it wholeheartedly for me.

Zahari aka Pokyie & Roshamrizal aka Sham. Dua orang yang namanya sering disebut masa awal² aku start blogging di blogspot. Orang yang ada masa aku sunyi,  masa aku takda apa², masa aku 'lost' lepas putus cinta dengan Hata. Mereka ni lah yang ajar aku erti persahabatan, erti keberanian dan kehidupan yang penuh dengan pilihan² untuk aku pilih dan mengorak langkah lebih jauh kedepan.

Dua² ni aku start kenal dari hujung tahun 2005 melalui Atan. Masa tu aku attend dinner anjuran company Atan di Penang. I was a guest to Atan's colleague, Nasik (I came to the event with Nasik) and we sat next to Atan at the roundtable. Masa semua orang tengah join line dance (it was a Country (cowboy) theme event), tinggal aku berdua je kat table dengan Atan. I knew Atan staring at me from the moment I walked in to the ballroom entrance with Nasik. Im not wearing sexy clothes tho. Just white shirt with tight jeans and high cut brown leather boots.

 Atan is quite a chatter and at first I didnt pay attention to what he said as I was not comfortable when Nasik left me to the dance with her colleague.  But when Atan spoke about his next gunung trip, terus I cut him off. I told him I wanted to join. He was thrilled. He asked me if I know gunung Yong Belar? It was the second highest mountain after gunung Tahan in semenanjung Malaysia. I told him I dont care what the name of the gunung eventho I do not have any experience climbing one,  just take me there. Atan is so excited to have me in his xpdc team. Most of it because he's kinda "into" me. Well I dont care about his intention/attention at me. All I care is that gunung trip.

Pilihanraya umum Malaysia dan perdana menteri kesepuluh

Gambar² minggu lepas masa balik kampung untuk pergi mengundi. Pertarungan sengit kali ni. 

Tahniah Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Perdana Menteri Malaysia ke 10.

This one definately goes down big time in Malaysian history book. 

Mamoru was not around this tine. Kalau tahun² terdahulu, kami akan berkejar² balik kuala selangor untuk Mamoru vote kat sana lepas tu bertolak ke Melaka straightaway hari yang sama untuk my turn to vote pula. Kali ni Mamoru kena kira undi pula. So, yours truly balik dengan adik² sahajor

Ayah dah vote awal² pagi , tapi bila tau kami adik² sampai sebelah petang pi mengundi, dia terus datang teman kami yang beratur sekali.. aww ayahanda.. sayang sungguh kat kami.. semoga diberikan kesihatan yang baik, usia yang panjang dan berkat serta berkekalan.

KLSCM 2022

Throwback lastweek - KLSCM 2022.

I ran 10km in 1:06 - not my best timing but still impressed considered I did it without training at all. I just did core strenght ja.

Thanks to few friends who was rooting for me using the apps to track my run during race day. Im glad as theres still people who curious on my running. I'll do my best next year, insyaAllah.

I love it!

Think my happiness meter have climbed to the max - now that I can run anytime I want using the treadmill. Tak perlu bazir masa nak tukar baju sports attire, keluar rumah pergi tempat untuk berlari - which take a lot of my time.

Sekarang nak lari tak perlu selongkar wardrobe cari tight or baju. Lari pakai spender pun boleh 😁😁😁. Tak payah nak pakai jam tengok pace bagai.. set kat treadmill ja. Paling best, boleh tengok tv sambil lari. 

Yeayy!

Ive been using the treadmill 2 kali already since yesterday. Easy run. Felt really good.

And yes, I know not good to use treadmill all the time if I aim to run a road race. But for now, I just want to enjoy it. Nanti weekend kita lari atas jalan lah kan.

My schedule now walaupun tak bekerja, nampak macam ada masa untuk berlari kat luar. Tapi hakikatnya, jadual sekolah kiddos berbeza: pagi, the boys sekolah sesi pagi, Aleesya sessi petang. So tak boleh nak run pagi sebab tak berani tinggalkan Aleesya sorang² kat rumah.

Petang pula fetch Aleesya dari sekolah dan sampai rumah masih tak boleh berlari waktu petang coz nak teman Aleesya main kat playground. 

Masa yang aku ada kat rumah ni totally for family. Spend time with kiddos as much as I can, cooking everyday for Mamoru. In between tu memang ada banyak sangat masa  lapang, which I havent decide what to do with it - still trying to figure out how can I make use of all the free time I have right now. 

I always scared I make the wrong decision when I choose to take one year leave from working. But Im glad I did it. This is really what I need to rejuvanate my mind - myself -  from office stress.

My first treadmill

Told Mamoru I wanted to resume training for my marathon next year and lately it always raining..  and I dont have friend to train with as he's kinda busy with work + his post-graduate class + assingments.. so.. he bought me this.

Im a happy girl!
