Training for SCKLM 2025 starts today

Received my training plan for SCKLM 10km race this coming Oct 2025. 

Have to start from zero since my last run was Dec last year. After 5 months hiatus, Im finally getting back at running. Stop running last Dec coz Ive changed my flexi working hours to 7.30am - sebab nak balik keje awal. So tak sempat masuk gym awal pagi kat ofis. Now, kena resume lari atas treadmill kat rumah sajor.

Target for SCKLM? Tak sure, coz aku pun tak faham sangat training plan ni.. hihi. Last year SCKLM 10km, 1 jam 1 minit. This year? Kalau boleh nak target bawah satu jam lah kan. Anw, we'll see.

Gambar takda kena mengena dengan running xtvt. Ni masa trip ke China last week. Trip yang penuh dengan berjalan. Satu hari lebih 10k steps. Ada hari² yang lebih 20k steps juga. Warm up sebelum start training SCKLM gittew 😉
