Did my recovery run semalam. Right after habis keje. 5 km ja. Normal pace 5:30 to 6:40 per km.
It felt good. Leg performance at its best. Macam tak percaya ja. Padahal baru ja 2 hari lepas lari 42km.
Is this a sign that I'm ready for my ultra run???
Oh, I'm so happy!
I need new running shoes too :)
