Renovation rumah : Interior design

 

Done hantar amendment design yang aku nak kat Kak Z from Luqkissa. Susah nak discuss tentang interior design (ID) time² PKP ni. Tak boleh jumpa. Just boleh berhubung dengan call/whatapps. Ni hantar amendment pun guna whatapps je. Harap sangat tak ada misscommunications.

Tadi minta Kak Z provide breakdown quotation. Sebab dah tau confirm akan exceed budget. Yelah, aku bukan orang kaya boleh selamba keluar puluh² ribu untuk ID. (Nak DIY pula tak reti). Mamoru awal² dah advise berpada² spend untuk ID. 

Kak Z cakap, "Kalau exceed original budget, you ada option untuk adjust design within the budget BUT..  (dengar "but" yang tak sedap ni).. maybe less cosy and less quality"

Nope. That is not an option at all. Kita bukan selalu beli rumah. Tho this is not the first time we bought a house, but this is the FIRST time we ever get a chance to renovate our own house - the one that we plan to live/stay in it. So it have to be excatly how I'd imagined it. 

I told her, IF the budget exceeded, Im willing to forgo the renovation for all bedrooms (we have 4 bedrooms) and just focus on living room, bathrooms and wet kitchen area. The bedrooms can be done later by end of the year or early next year, since we are not so rushing to move out from our current rental house (so, boleh start saving from now for the 4 bedrooms 😅)
