Sakit tekak pagi ni. Macam nak demam. Tapi gigih attend running clinic. Dont want to miss learning the correct way of doing tempo run with a coach. Selalu tu syok sendiri je buat tempo.. huhu.
So tadi buat 6 x 5 mins. First time lari atas running track. Felt great. Cuma badan rasa tak sedap. Tapi managed complete kan my run :)
One thing, aku still tak sure pace yang sepatutnya aku guna masa buat tempo run ni. Coach Karsten cakap, suruh text dia dan inform timing last marathon aku, nanti dia akan advise pace yang sesuai untuk aku train masa buat tempo run. Thanks coach!
Dapat lucky draw running vest tadi. Thanks MWM. I had fun today. Learn new thing. Definitely going to practice it for my training.
