Looking forward for this weekend marathon :)
Malam tadi plan nak buat recovery run. Tapi tak jadi. Coz last Sunday punya LSD pun just buat easy run all the way almost 20km. Lari santai sampai sesat barat buat route sendiri :)
So, malam tadi dera diri sendiri. Buat hills reps 7 x 200meter and slog jog in between. Sebelum tu lari warm up 4km plus another 2km cooling down (after hills session).
Malam ni sambung lagi :)
