See, this is why excitement untuk pindah rumah tu tak timbul. Bila goverment dah bagi kebenaran untuk vendor renovate rumah, JMB Condo pula tak bagi approval 😭.
I can think of a few reason of why they hessitate to approve our renovation work: mostly sebab lotsa people are still working from home - takut complain dari penduduk situ sebab bising.
Next week, nak pergi nego dengan JMB lagi dan mungkin pergi jumpa jiran² sebelah rumah untuk inform tentang our renovation work & timeline. Well its time to introduce ourselves to our bakal neighbour juga kan. Kena prepare buah tangan untuk ambil hati 😅. Lets hope this could help to support our request to JMB

Oh, siang tadi pergi showroom Luqkissa jumpa kak Z. Confirmkan code cat untuk wainscotting, corak flooring, wall cladding.
Tak sabar nak tengok rupa rumah bila dah siap. But then again, depends pada JMB approval. Kalau tak, memang tak jalan² lah renovation ni.
