I found out that, running did not stop or reduce breastmilk production. In fact, by running, my EBM increases a lot that I can have extra 4 ounces (and more) everyday.
So mommies tak perlu tunggu habis menyusu badan sampai dua tahun. Now pun boleh atart lari dah.
Excuses will always be there for you, opportunity won't! *wink*
