Happy with my timing this morning *wink wink*
My coach kata, to run faster in full marathon, I need to run fast in my 5k, 10k & 21k.
Baik lah.
Register myself for a few running clinics (tenkiu tolong register kan ya! xo! tenkiu juga for spending short time with me semalam tho tak sempat lunch.. xoxoxo!)
And pasni nak start utilize my privilege of using Maybank Academy sports arena kat Bangi (especially swimming pool yang besar tu & running track) .
I never actually use any of company sport's facilities. Seriously tau, even kat atas menara tempat aku keje tu ada gym, court badminton, squash, dance area, sauna, segala mak nenek company provide untuk staff, aku tak pernah guna pon. Never care sebenarnya. Pasni, tengok lah, maybe lunch hour or balik keje, aku lepak kat atas sebelum balik rumah :)
Anyway, akak cuti lagi arini. Sambung sampai Jumaat. Sila meroyan :)
