Under weight :(

Tak mampu naikkan lagi. 40 kg pun payah nak cecah. Now dah 37.5 kg.

How ni? How?? Aku makan like all the time. Lagi nak race, lagi kerap makan. Healthy food + junk food + semua lah. Haish.

No goal was ever met without a whole lot of sweat!
