Time to fly

Done 7 x 300m hill reps tonight with 5km warming up before & another 2km cooling down after the session. Legs are very supportive. Feels great. 

Wearing Hoka One One - Vanquish II for training tonight. Love it. Very light & bouncy. But too early to tell. Wait till I use it for my next LSD session.
