Genap sebulan training


 Yeay, dah genap sebulan training berlari semula. Dua minggu pertama just easy run. Masuk minggu ketiga dan keempat dah incorporate speed work once or twice a week.

90% run mostly atas treadmill sebab time constrain. Even speedwork or interval pun guna treadmill. Cuma long run on weekend ja baru lari luar rumah. 

Best run atas treadmill ni sebab aku dapat berlari sambil tengok cermin - boleh betulkan running form, boleh monitor cadence, heart rate, boleh kurangkan impact pada lutut, boleh kontrol pace dan paling best save time. 

I think my running form have improved so much. Best bila dapat praktikkan all this masa long run once a week on road. Feels great too.

InsyaAllah, 1 January 2023 ni nak try buat 5km time trial. Cant wait! Really wish I could break my PB for 5km which is 24 minutes and 52 seconds few years ago. Tapi baru sebulan training kan.. boleh ke? 😅😅
