W5D1

Rest day be like... 💪💪💪

Nan hado rehat. Its core training or cross training day. I choose core. Nak cycling maleh. Nak swim pun maleh. Jangan maleh nak lari esok sudah.

Baru nak start guna barbells hari ni. Barbells ni adik lelaki no 7 punya. Dia tinggalkan kat umah aku. Dulu masa bujang dia selalu buat weight lifting. Now dah kahwin, dia weight-lift anak dia je.. haha.

Setiap weight plate berat 2.5kg. Aku ada 4 plates. So total 10kg (tak termasuk berat bar tu lagi) Ok lah as a start kan. Nak pegi gym maleh (maleh lagi.. haha)

Lagipun, aku bukan nak built muscle. Tak minat, seriously.

Antara sebab utama aku buat weight lifting:
1. Built strenght
2. Prevent injury
3. To run faster

Tapi kan sebut pasal muscle.. I kinda like my six pax. Soft tapi bila tekan terasa keras (jakun hihi)
