Collected my Nuang Ultra race kit at My Town. A bit sad looking at my suposed to be hard earned medal & finishing tee which now can be easily obtained.

While waiting for kiddos Math seminar session started, we spent time reading books in MPH. Kiddos bought 2 books for their bed time story.
Anyway, malam ni ada makan-makan session at MMU cyberjaya at my brother's house. Might as well do my easy run there. Test my new shoes 😊😊
Nuang Ultra event was cancelled due to bad weather and fatal incident which happened in Nuang last 2 weeks. The route was closed by the state gov until further notice.
Today is race kit collection day. The organizer informed, we can collect our race kit together with RM100 refund. Its confirmed, no Nuang ultra event for this year.
Sedih? Tak.. hihi.

I thot whenever Mamoru is not around (outstaion / outdoor trip), my daily schedule is going to be haywire/disaster. But its turn out the other way round.
Im suprised with the so much improvement in time management. I managed to get my boys and baby girl up and ready for school / daycare (with proper breakfast). Wayyy better than my regular weekdays.
Well done to myself & kiddos for their coorporation. Go teamwork!
Hope kiddos had fun too yesterday. Daddy want them to try something new. Golfing & cycling. Took them here after I finished my run.
I also done my recovery running + cycling with them. Thanks to kiddos & Mamoru.
This week, Daddy will be away to Melaka. Kena pakai UltraMommmy'cape. Its going to be a super busy week. Bear with mommy ya anak2 ❤️❤️❤️
First running event tahun ni.
Did not met target for my long run this weekend. Finished 2:24 instead 2:15 as planned for 21km. Started very slow. Pacing my sister for her virgin half marathon for few km.
But I really had fun. Even stayed longer than ussual after my run.
Thats it. The end of 2nd week of training and 2nd long run. Not much expectation. Need lotsa training 💪💪
Congrats to my sister for finishing her race in 3:15. You did well! A lil more training, we'll be running side by side soon ❤️
Cant wait for my first running event in 2018 tomorrow. Tho I know I wont be performing at my best, but Im still going to enjoy it ❤️

Aku pandang wajah dia yang tengah baring atas pangku aku.
"Kenapa sayang? Ariff tak suka mommy training?"
"Saya suka. Tapi malam ni saya nak duduk dengan mommy lama sikit. Nak mommy garu belakang saya." ( Memang dari dia baby aku akan garu belakang dia sampai dia tertidur sambil zikir).
"Ok sayang. Anything for you. Malam ni mommy tak pergi lari."
Tersenyum Ariff dengar aku tak jadi pi lari.

5 minit lepas tu.
Tengah syok2 usap kepala Ariff, dapat call dari pusat tuisyen.
Adoi, macam mana boleh lupa Ariff & Amarr ada tuisyen setiap malam khamis & jumaat.
Ikutkan nak je pontengkan diaorang malam ni. Tapi tengok Ariff & Amarr macam excited pula nak pegi. Aik. Tadi masing2 macam kucing parsi duduk depan tv sampai tanak berganjak dan tak kasi mommy pegi lari.
Mamoru pun sokong kiddos pegi. Kesian kat cikgu yang dah tunggu kat pusat tuisyen. Kiddos ambil VIP kelas (personal one-to-one session dengan cikgu. Dua jam sehari, dua hari seminggu).
Kalau kiddos tak pergi tuisyen, kesian pulak kat cikgu yang dah bersusah payah redah hujan semata nak pegi mengajar. Sure cikgu terpaksa balik rumah semula kalau kiddos tak datang.
Pusat tuisyen yang Ariff & Amarr pergi ni, semua tenaga pengajar adalah cikgu dari sekolah kebangsaan berhampiran.
So far alhamdullilah kiddos suka pegi tuisyen kat sini. Pasni nak kosentret kat kelas al-quran kiddos pulak. It will be my personal achievement kalau kiddos dapat khatam quran sebelum habis sekolah rendah. Lagi awal lagi bagus ❤️

Pagi tadi buat recovery run dari Menara Maybank ke KWSP jalan Raja Laut. Tunggu Grab tak sampai2, so pasrah je lah akak berlari dengan baju kurung ke sana.
Catatan rekod terbaik. Kurang dari 10 minit dah sampai KWSP. Tak tahu lah guna pace berapa tadi.. hihi. Masuk bilik meeting, dah ramai orang. Luckily, ada beberapa wakil Bank lain belum sampai. Kalau tak, malu la akak. Kena jaga standard company as the leading bank in Malaysia.
Hari ni akak ada meeting untuk full force implementation online EPF withdrawal starting 2019 nanti. Nak kena buat system enhancement to cater volume of submission.
Actually sekarang pun customer boleh buat online withdrawal untuk housing loan mereka cuma mereka still ada choice untuk buat secara manual di kaunter. Dan tak semua bank dalam Malaysia provide service ni. By 2019 nanti, no more manual submission lagi tau. Dan all banks have to participate in this initiative. No more exception.

Layan keletah Aleesya yang sentiasa menghiburkan. Tengah penat macam mana pun, bila nampak je muka dia terus rasa bertenaga.
Dua tahun 2 bulan Aleesya sekarang. Masih breastfeeding. Tak sampai hati nak stop. Sebab suka bila dia clingy. Especially bila 2 anak bujang tu dah besar dan tak suka dipeluk lagi dah.. hihi.
Tetiba rasa nak pi short gateway nextweek. Jom. Need a new re-start for 2018.
Done solo long run this morning. Started late but with this kind of weather, I could run all day. Serjukk.
Quite happy with my first week training. But still, theres lots more to improve.
Ive registered a few race for this year. Including few trail run. But this time, Im not aiming for ultra distance. E.g., Nuang Ultra, I might be doing only 30km - 35km and treat it as my long run. Same goes to Cultra, I plan to run 30km only (and podium 😎)
Oh.. I need to find a Pacer for my MWM 21k. Wanted to break sub 1:45 *wink* Anyone? Hihi.

Nak balik rumah. Mengemas. Membasuh. Masak. Banyak barang nak packing. Petang ni nak training pula.

Satu set perabut bilik tidur: 1 queen bed + almari baju + extra 1 single bed (all includes mattreses).
Satu set dining table: 1 temperred glass table with 6 chairs (very sturdy).
1 bookshelf & 1 computer table & 1 buaian baby (first baby je guna. 2nd & 3rd baby tak guna buai pun)
All in good condition. Berminat datang umah tengok.. pastu sendiri angkut.. hihi.
Bukan nak pindah. Just nak beli furniture baru. Anak dah ramai, nak lebih space. Nak prepare bilik study proper untuk anak2 & my mini gym (hihi).
Sejuk sampai tak sanggup nak on kipas. Aircond apatah lagi. Memang dah jarang on.
Time training lari je best. Badan rasa panas. Bila habis lari, menggigil kesejukkan.
Dah jom tido. Esok keje. First time kena masuk ofis pukul 5.30 pagi (hari sabtu lak tu). Ada live test untuk loan system sampai pukul 8.00 pagi. Nak make sure semua perfect.
Nak bawak baju dan kasut untuk lari esok lah. Boleh lari kat tasik perdana lepas system testing.
Haish.. sejuknyaaa. Malaysia sekarang dilanda musim sejuk eh? Rata2 semua tempat suhu almost reach 20°c.
Jom masuk bawah selimut. Best ni kalau tidur peluk2.. kan kan kan.. 😘😘
Completed my first training week.
Yes, my first come-back week after more than a months rest after my wisdom tooth being extracted. Its back to basic.
Not easy. But it felt so good to be able to run without headache or toothache 😁😁
I have Twincity 21k next week. Gotta treat that as one of my long run. Did not expect for any PB as I just started running. Once I got back on track with my marathon pace, baru lah boleh talk about PB or podium.
Hopefully there will be no more setback. Im done being a caterpillar. I want to breakout from my cocoon. I want to be beautifull as butterfly. I want to fly higher

I really regret skip my training last night.
Really regret sampai rasa nak nangis. Yes, to that extend. I take my training seriously and promised myself to chase my dreams - whatever it takes.
