Road to more PB

Coach cakap dia happy tengok training aku makin consistent. Kata dia lagi, base on training aku sekarang, aku boleh simply buat 1:58 for my half marathon which is wayy better from my early prediction.

Semakin bersemangat pulak rasanya!

Tonight strengh session was so much fun. Berbuka dengan dua tiga sudu bubur lambuk & 100plus je. Tak berani makan lebih2. Takut terkeluar balik semuanya masa training. Suprisingly, badan rasa best sangat!
