Kasi tambah semangat sikit
This would be my second time running in Gold Coast, Australia. Last year, aku masuk full marathon 42km. This year just masuk half marathon 21km je.
Target nak habiskan race dalam 1:59:59. Nak break my first sub 2 hours untuk 21km, insyaAllah.
After 8 months of strenghtening my base, now Im officially started focusing on my half marathon training.
Training would be a little bit tough considering sekarang ni fasting month. But no worry as I already plan and strategize my long run for the next 3 weeks (thats the most challenging part dalam bulan puasa ni)
Im so excited!
