Its been 2 months since my OA diagnosis. 2 months of base training as well. Been increasing the intensity and distance a little further. Slowly. Steadily.
Tho, I havent really change anything, but I still keep on training. Keep on showing up. I ate healthy and God knows what else I do. Good thing is, I felt stronger than I was before.
As my progress is a concern, I try not to think about it so much. They said, we could not see improvement from day to day training. But everyday when I show up, its already an improvement from yesterday. Kan?
