Eat healthy

Err.. kadang2. Ikut mood.

Lately mood craving for salad. Sampai tengah2 malam buta boleh bukak fridge makan salad sambil tengok movie macam makan pop corn.

Oh.. congrats to Muhaizar for breaking his marathon PB in 2:27 in Tokyo yesterday. Im sooo inspired!

Senang hidup kalau anak2 nak makan sayur camni hari2.Tak sampai 5 minit prep dah siap! Tayah masak.. haha. Wish I can add chia seed in my diet tapi tak boleh. Chia seed akan buat susu badan merudum. Ramai breastfeeding mom avoid chia seed. Tatottt.. Kesian Aleesya nanti.
