PNM Half Marathon 2017

Done my so called easy long run.

Coach only allowed me to run between 7.35 - 7.05 pace for this race and use my "magic pace" for the last 5km.

So I did as per advised. And finished my 21km in 2:30 hours. Sharp.

At first I didnt understand, but after I finished the race, I knew why he wanted me to run slow.

Felt awesome! Even tho Ive been running non stop this week since Monday. Legs didnt feel tired at all. But I know I must rest.

Just one more recovery run tomorrow, and I'll rest like a Diva next Monday
