Weekend ni ada MWM 21k. My little sis will be joining me again for the same category.
This race will be one of my long run for SCKLM. Target to finish this one in 2:10 😅. Legs a bit tired this week due to my training intensity.
Same goes to SCKLM next month. I will try to maintain my PB last year. Wasnt ready to create a new PB, let alone break the sub-4.
