Received this just now from Twincity Marathon organizer.
Sooo tempting.
Its a free training plan from The Running Plan.
But, if I take this, I will be automatically terminated from being SAC member. Im not allowed to train under 2 different coaches with 2 different plan. It can never work that way.
I love SAC so much. But Im also dying to know how the elites train with The Running Plan.. hihi
Later lah fikir. Nak keluar bawa anak2 pergi memanah 🏹🏹🏹🏹
