Monday is restday

Ikutkan hati, nak pegi berlari hari ni. Maklumlah cuti Thaipusam. Perfect day for a run. Lagipun kaki rasa tip top. Takde rasa lenguh or penat.

Tapiii... kena sabar. Stick to the plan. Jumping on everything wont help u go anywhere but expose more fatigue / injury.

To get faster you dont need to change your training, you just gotta keep doing it.

So, I just did my ussual core strenght workout on myr restdayπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Cant wait for my easy run tomorrow!

Lets create more epic moment!

Eat real food also part of the training too.
Cuba teka siapa yang sabotaj my tempe?
Siapa lagi kalau bukan my only daughter. Dia pi gigit tempe ni dari dalam plastik. Tak sabar nau nak makan. Mentah pun bolehh πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
